FCBL held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) today in the presence of the shareholder, the Ministry of Finance, represented by the Director General, DMDF, and team. The AGM reviewed the Corporation’s performance for FY 2025, during which total revenue of Nu. 4,167.02 million and a net profit of Nu. 88.91 million were considered. This marks the third consecutive year of profitability, following six years of sustained losses prior to 2022. As a symbolic return to the shareholder, FCBL has declared a dividend of 5% of profit after tax. This approach supports financial stability while enabling the Corporation to meet its obligations and advance strategic priorities aligned with the 10X Economic Growth vision. The shareholder acknowledged the leadership of the Board of Directors and management and commended the commitment and resilience of the FCBL team in delivering strong financial performance in 2025 despite prevailing challenges. Key priority areas requiring continued focus and careful attention were also highlighted for the Board and management moving forward.
