FCBL Regional Directors signs Annual Performance Compact (APC) at the Operational Level

Following the successful signing of the Annual Performance Compact (APC) with the Ministry of Finance (MoF) and the Headquarters team, it is now the turn for our Regional Directors, who are taking the necessary steps to cascade these objectives at the operational levels across all regions. In alignment with the Performance-Based Variable Incentives (PBVI) from the MoF and our ongoing efforts to strengthen accountability, drive performance and enhance collaboration, the Regional Directors of all three FCBL regions are actively engaging their teams to sign the APC. This important exercise ensures that every staff member within their regions is fully aligned with the organization's shared goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the year. The APC serves as a vital framework for operational excellence, setting clear targets, fostering transparency, and promoting a culture of responsibility throughout all FCBL regions. By formalizing this commitment, we aim to streamline efforts, optimize service delivery, and reinforce our mission to meet our set targets. Our Chief Executive Officer emphasized the importance of this exercise in maintaining cohesion and driving measurable outcomes. "The APC is not just a document; it is a pledge of our collective dedication to achieving excellence," said Mr. Dorji Tashi. "By ensuring that every team, from headquarters to the regional branches, is aligned with our strategic priorities, we are laying a strong foundation for a successful and impactful year." As the regional teams finalize their APC signings, FCBL extends its full support and best wishes to all staff members, recognizing their pivotal role in the corporation's continued growth. The institution remains confident that through unity, collaboration, and unwavering commitment, it will achieve its objectives and deliver outstanding value to all the stakeholders.
