This is to inform all potato growers that, with effect from 15th December 2025 until 22nd December 2025, the FCBL Phuentsholing Auction Yard will only accept big-sized potatoes for auction. The market rate for small and medium-sized potatoes has dropped drastically, and growers may not even be able to recover their transportation costs. Therefore, you are strongly advised not to bring small and medium grades during this period. Please note that the FCBL Potato Auction Season 2025 will officially close on 23rd December 2025. All growers are requested to cooperate and dispatch accordingly. Your support and understanding are highly appreciated. This is being issued in due consultation with the Auction buyers.
